Sydney Classic Summer Book Inspections Underway

Inspections are well underway at Inglis’ Newmarket Sales complex in Sydney ahead of the 480 lot Classic Summer Book which kicks off at 10am this Sunday 19 January.

113 different sires are represented in the 2014 Inglis Sydney Classic Yearling Sale Summer Book.

Undefeated Group 3 winning Classic graduate Vinnie Eagle will be aiming to give his exciting young sire I Am Invincible a big pre-sale bump when we goes around in the $250,000 Inglis Classic race on Saturday at Randwick. 21 yearlings by I Am Invincible are due to go under the hammer at Inglis on Sunday and Monday.

13 runners have accepted for the valuable Inglis Classic race. Mutawaajid (4 lots), Domesday (8), Time Thief (7), Not A Single Doubt (12), Snitzel (8), Myboycharlie (8) and Magic Albert (16) are other sires represented with both runners in the Inglis Classic race and yearlings in this year’s Summer Book.

All runners were purchased from last year’s Summer Book for between $10,000 and $65,000 each. First place prizemoney is $150,000.
