Q: What Is It?
A: If ANY horse SOLD at Book One of the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale wins the 2018 Golden Slipper, Inglis will pay a $1,000,000 Bonus split 50/50 between the named Vendor and Supplier.

Q: How Do I Nominate For The Bonus?
A: All yearlings SOLD at the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale - Book One are automatically eligible for the $1,000,000 Golden Slipper Bonus.

Q: What If The Vendor and Supplier Are The Same?
A: A $500,000 Bonus is to be paid to the Vendor named in the catalogue and a $500,000 Bonus is paid to the Supplier named on the official entry form for the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale - Book One, respectively. If both are the same person, then they are eligible for the whole $1,000,000.

Q: What Are Our Chances?
A: Extreme Choice started as favourite for the 2016 Golden Slipper, while Yankee Rose finished second beaten half a length. Both were sold at the 2015 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale - Book One, and both have won other two-year-old Group 1 races in 2016.

GOLD RIBAND SESSION

Q: What Is It?
A: A new invitation only session on the opening night of the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale - Book One for approximately 50 to 60 Inglis selected yearlings with the pedigree and conformation to exceed in the elite two-year-old races.

Q: How Do I Enter?
A: All yearlings entered into the Classic Yearling Sale - Book One are eligible for invitation into the Gold Riband Session. Inglis will work with the vendors to identify the precocious early maturing types suitable for invitation.

Q: Are There Any Additional Costs?
A: No. The entry fee and commission structure is the same as the rest of Classic - Book One.

Q: Are There Any Additional Incentives?
A: Yes, both vendors and buyers are provided with incentives to buy and sell in the Gold Riband Session.
Vendor: Inglis will pay a $100,000 Bonus split 50/50 between the vendor and supplier of the first horse SOLD in the Gold Riband Session to win a two-year-old stakes race. A $50,000 Bonus is to be paid to the Vendor named in the catalogue and a $50,000 Bonus is paid to the Supplier named on the official entry form for the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale - Book One, respectively. If both are the same person, then they are eligible for the whole $100,000.
Buyer: Inglis will pay the initial Golden Slipper nomination fee of $375 (Inc GST) for every yearling sold during the Gold Riband Session.

Q: Are Horses Sold In Gold Riband Eligible For The $1,000,000 Golden Slipper Bonus?
A: Yes, ALL yearlings SOLD at the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale - Book One are eligible for the $1,000,000 Golden Slipper Bonus including those in the Gold Riband Session and those in the remainder of the catalogue.
