Fastnet Rock has 42 catalogued, while Champion Sires Flying Spur and More Than Ready both have 30. Darley’s emerging star Lonhro has 20 yearlings in the Easter Preview.

Other stallions with double figure drafts include Commands, Danehill Dancer, Dylan Thomas, Exceed And Excel, General Nediym, Haradasun and Hussonet.

Bernardini heads the first season list, with 28 catalogued, including a half-brother to dual Group 1 winner Star Witness.

The Flemington straight six is a key reference point in the catalogue, as it boasts siblings to the last five Group 1 winners down the famous 1200m. In addition to Star Witness, there is a Casino Prince half-brother to Black Caviar, a Fastnet Rock full-brother to Wanted, a Zizou half-sister to Headway and a Redoute’s Choice half-brother to All Silent.

2010 was once again a great year for Easter graduates with Group One victories by Alverta, Road To Rock, Metal Bender, Happy Zero, Rock Classic, Anacheeva, Zipping, Wanted, Dariana, Zavite, Faint Perfume and Response. The latter two emerged from the Easter II session.

In all, there were no less than 21 individual Group 1 winners emanating from Inglis sales in the calendar year.

“The outstanding performances of Starspangledbanner (Cartier award for Champion European Sprinter & Australasian Champion Sprinter) this year at home and in Europe once again highlighted the prowess of not only Australian bred horses, but also Inglis Graduates.” Managing Director Mark Webster said.

“Group One success was also achieved in Asia with Hong Kong sprinters Sacred Kingdom and Happy Zero, while Ultra Fantasy scored at G2 level in his home country as well as winning the G1 Sprinters Stakes in Japan.

“Recently South Africa and Malaysia proved happy hunting grounds for international success. The beautifully bred Perana scored at Group Two level in South Africa, whilst Speed Baby, a son of Fastnet Rock, won the prestigious Perak Coronation Cup in Malaysia.

“These results showed again that Inglis Graduates are a force to be reckoned with all over the world.

“The world’s top three rated sprinters Black Caviar (Australia), Sacred Kingdom (Hong Kong) and Starspangledbanner (England) along with Ultra Fantasy (Japan), are a formidable quartet of Inglis graduates to have won Global Sprint Challenge legs in the past 12 months.”

The Easter Preview Show will be on TVN at 8:00pm tomorrow (Tuesday) night, with replays throughout December. The program will also be available on Inglis TV from later this week.
