Sydney Fillies To Tackle Inglis Juvenile

16th Oct 2008

The field for Saturday week's $250,000 MVRC Inglis Juvenile on Tatts Cox Plate Day is beginning to take shape with the announcement that Sydney fillies Our Joan Of Arc and Sheeznodoubt, first and fourth respectively in the Keeneland Gimcrack Stakes (LR) are headed to Melbourne for the inaugural running of the event.

Good news for connections with runners headed to the race is that star early season two-year-olds Come Hither, winner of the MRC Inglis Debutante (LR) and fellow Inglis Easter graduate Movie, a runaway four length winner at Rosehill won't be lining up.

Inglis Sales graduates Onemorenomore, Helpmann, Delago Star, Rose Darmore, Stoneblack, Mayweather and Othello have all earned prizemoney in early spring features with the latter pair particularly impressive on debut behind Come Hither in the MRC Inglis Debutante (LR).

Connections should note that order of entry into the Inglis Juvenile will be determined by the highest aggregate prizemoney winners first followed by first starters and horses that have yet to earn any prizemoney in a race.

Nominations for the $250,000 MVRC Inglis Juvenile close with RISA at Noon next Monday October 20.
