Entering Victoria for the Premier Yearling Sale. All travellers must complete a Border Entry Permit
| Interstate Traveller & Returning Resident | Requirements |

| NSW | All arrivals must complete a Traveller Self-Declaration |
| Queensland | Anyone who has been in any part of Victoria within 14 days prior to arrival must complete a Queensland Border Declaration Pass |
| South Australia | All interstate travellers must complete Cross Border Travel Registration |
| Western Australia | All arrivals must complete a G2G PASS declaration |
| Tasmania | All arrivals must complete a G2G PASS declaration |
| NT | Please complete an NT Border Entry Application Form |
| ACT | Please complete the Self Declaration Form |
