The 2005 Inglis Sires Produce Yearling Sale was held today at Newmarket with a total of 127 horses selling at an average price of $17,045 and gross sales of $2,164,750.
Lot 98, an elegant bay filly by boom sire Redoute’s Choice topped today’s sale at $140,000. Purchased by Paul Perry and offered by Lurline Lodge, the filly is the second foal of the winning Bellotto mare Granada Miss.
All purchasers are reminded that yearlings sold at this sale are eligible to compete in the 2006 $200,000 Scone Inglis Challenge.
