Veterinary Reports

Inglis encourages vets to use an EVA template, however we will accept breeding certificates from individual vets as long as they contain all the relevant information required on a Breeding Certificate.

A veterinary report is to be used by veterinarians who have been instructed to complete a "Breeding Certificate" by vendors with maiden or barren mares entered in Inglis Auction sales.

Once completed the reports can be emailed to:

Completed reports will be made available for viewing at the Inglis Sales Day office.
