Breeze Up Times Now

<p>The first of two Breeze Up sessions was held at Oaklands

today, ahead of Sunday’s Inglis Melbourne Breeze Up and Racehorse Sale, with session times now available on the website.

<p>There were just 10 horses that didn’t breeze up today and

they will do so on Thursday, along with any horses from today’s session where vendors choose to breeze again.

<p><a href="http://www.inglis.com.au/auctions/oc.php?sale=08mrr&lot=25">Lot 25</a>, a colt by Canny Lad from the winning Success Express

mare Rebaceda, clocked the fastest time of the session, running a slick 10.45seconds for the 200m.

<p>The theme of Golden Slipper winning sires continued with the

second fastest breezer of the day, with a colt by Catbird from the Rory’s Jester mare Miss Muppet (Lot 5), running 10.7seconds.

<p><a href="http://www.inglis.com.au/auctions/oc.php?sale=08mrr&lot=99">Lot 99</a> (a colt by Tale Of The Cat) and <a href="http://www.inglis.com.au/auctions/oc.php?sale=08mrr&lot=13">Lot 13</a> (a filly by

Perugino) were the next fastest during today’s session, clocking 10.75 and 10.93 respectively.

Another runner of note today was Lot 80, a Lucky Owners gelding from a half-sister to stakes placed Discretion, the dam of Saturday’s impressive Caulfield Group 3 winner Royal Discretion, who is now the winner of six races  and $450,000.

<p>The sale is on this Sunday, October 26, from 11am. The

Breeze up 2 and 3yo’s will be followed by the Racehorse section of the catalogue (Lots 145 to 204).
