The G1-winning stallion prospect Quick Thinker, recently Stakes performed mares and a share in last start black type winner Malkovich headline a strong Inglis Digital March (Early) Online Sale.
Quick Thinker (So You Think) asserted himself one of the best 3YOs in the country in the autumn of 2020 with a stellar campaign which culminated in victory in the G1 Australian Derby, in which he defeated fellow G1 winners Castelvecchio, Shadow Hero and Warning.
His Derby win came after a comfortable victory in the G2 Tulloch Stakes and a third placing behind star G1-winning fillies Funstar and Probabeel in the G2 Phar Lap Stakes.
Such was his versatility, Quick Thinker was a Stakes-winning 2YO and won black type races from 1600m-2600m at two, three and four.
Quick Thinker (pictured) will be offered as a stallion prospect on behalf of his primary owners OTI Racing.
“We are very proud of Quick Thinker's achievements on the track,’’ OTI’s Terry Henderson said.
“It is rare to find a colt who can win at Stakes level as a 2YO, then train on to be successful at Group level over distances between 1400m and 2500m between three and five.
“His wins in the Tulloch and Australian Derby were exceptional, and there's no doubt he's one of the toughest colts we've ever had the pleasure of owning.
“We hope we can continue our association with him during the next phase of his career as he looks to have let down beautifully.’’

A 10% share in Malkovich – a last start winner of the Listed Bob Hoysted Handicap at Flemington six days ago – is another standout lot.

The 4YO by Choisir remains an entire, with a future stud career still a viable option, having been three-times Stakes placed and with G1 targets on the horizon.
