Easter yearling inspections underway in Sydney

Buyers are welcome to start their inspections of the yearlings catalogued for this year’s Easter Sale at Inglis’ Newmarket complex, with the drafts of Coolmore Stud and Newhaven Park already available for parades.

579 yearlings have been catalogued for the 2012 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale, with the arrival times and parade schedule for each yearling draft available at www.inglis.com.au, along with hundreds of Photos and Sirecam footage of the youngsters set for sale.

Current Australian leading sire Fastnet Rock was offered by Coolmore Stud as a yearling at Easter, and the Jerry’s Plains operation have another stellar draft of 43 lots set for next week’s sale.

70% of the catalogue will be viewable on Wednesday afternoon, with the remaining drafts due in by Friday morning at the latest.

“Easter graduates set the benchmark on the racetrack and in the breeding barn, and with the great High Court result for racing in New South Wales last week there is no better time to invest in an Easter yearling,” said Inglis Managing Director Mark Webster.

The three day Easter Sale begins at 11:00am on Tuesday April 10, running through to Thursday April 12, with the online catalogue available for viewing HERE
