Entries Closing for Inglis Winter Thoroughbred Sale

Entries for the William Inglis Winter Thoroughbred Sale, which will be held on Friday July 3, are closing this Friday, May 22.

This represents the first sale of racehorses in Sydney since the Autumn Thoroughbred Sale in March. The next Inglis Thoroughbred Sale in Sydney will not be held until September 25.

Inglis Thoroughbred Sales have produced a number of outstanding results this season.

The Champion sprinter Takeover Target has added another two Group 1 wins to his record this season, but he is by no means the only success story to speak of.

Others include $590,000 stakes earner Youthful Jack (a $5500 buy) and fellow stakes winners Bond Street, Amberino and Classy Nugget.

Early entries suggest this year’s Winter Sale will include another sizeable catalogue of racehorses, with a number of strong nominations already received from a number of leading New South Wales stables.
