Entries Open For Autumn Thoroughbred Sale

Entries for the 2016 Inglis Autumn Thoroughbred Sale are open, and will be accepted until 5.00pm Friday 29 April.

The sale, which recorded an exceptional 100% clearance in 2015, will be held on Friday 6 May at Inglis Newmarket in Sydney, and is open to broodmares, weanlings, yearlings, unbroken and racing stock.

Early entries have been received as part of Gooree Park Stud’s reduction. Seven two-year-olds and six three-year-olds will be offered, by sires including Fastnet Rock, Northern Meteor, High Chaparral, Encosta de Lago, Smart Missile and Artie Schiller.

They will be joined by well-performed geldings Burning Passion and Pera Pera, the latter of which has won two starts this preparation, including the Country Championships Qualifier in Wellington, and was runner up in the $400,000 Country Championships Final at Royal Randwick.

The sale will be held directly following the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale Book Two, which will offer 101 Lots from 11.00am, and which concludes an exceptional week of selling including the Inglis Australian Broodmare and Weanling Sale.
