Excellent Catalogue Available For Sydney Ready 2 Race Sale

The catalogue for the most eagerly anticipated breeze-up sale in Australasia, the Inglis Sydney Ready 2 Race Sale, is now available online at www.inglis.com.au

“Inglis graduates have just completed another outstanding season in Australia headed by Black Caviar, All Too Hard and Fiveandahalfstar, while in Asia the Inglis team keep rising through the grades all the way to the top as evidenced in Singapore by Better Life and Stepitup,” Inglis Bloodstock Director Jonathan D’Arcy points out.

The Sydney Ready 2 Race Sale will begin at 11:00am on Thursday 3 October 2013.

Breeze Ups will be held on 10 and 12 September with footage made available on several websites across the company as well as on DVDs by 18 September.

• Tuesday, 10 September - Breeze Up day at Canterbury racetrack, Sydney and Benalla racetrack, Victoria
  
• Thursday, 12 September - Breeze Up day at Avondale racetrack, New Zealand
  
• Thursday, 3 October – Sydney Ready 2 Race Sale conducted at Newmarket, Randwick
  

The outstanding line-up of sires represented in the catalogue is headed by Not A Single Doubt with seven lots, including a full relation to Hong Kong Class 1 sprinter Tai Sing Yeh [美猴王]. Dane Shadow (6 lots), Flying Spur (5), Northern Meteor (5), Written Tycoon (5), Hussonet (4), Encosta de Lago (3), Al Maher (3), Mossman (3), Sebring (3) are also well represented.

Other proven stallions with multiple entries in the ‘select’ sale include Pins, Exceed And Excel, High Chaparral, Shamardal, Fastnet Rock, Darci Brahma, Tale Of The Cat, Snitzel, Street Cry, Bernardini, Casino Prince, Savabeel, Starcraft and Bel Esprit.

Distorted Demand is the lone entry from the last crop of Red Ransom. The three-year-old half-brother to Singapore and Malaysian Group 1 winner Speed Baby was a 3.5 length Rosehill trial winner earlier this month.

Wanted (2 lots), All American (2), Manhattan Rain (2), Mastercraftsman (2) and I Am Invincible (4) head a strong list of first season sires with progeny in the inaugural catalogue for the Sydney Ready 2 Race Sale.

165 of the 195 entries are colts and geldings. Many are first or second foals of young mares or from proven producers such as the dams of Group 1 winners Norzita, Ortensia, Hot Danish and Speed Baby.
