Grand Armee is NSWROA Champion Horse of the Year

Outstanding galloper GRAND ARMEE (2000 Easter $150,000) was awarded the top prize at the NSW Racehorse Owners Association “Night of Champions” function at Royal Randwick racecourse last night.

The Gai Waterhouse trained and Alan Bell owned star was a decisive winner in the battle for NSW Champion Racehorse of the Year. This prestigious award is determined on a points basis, so with five Group One wins for the season he was the best of good things.

Inglis Graduates dominated during the evening, collecting six of the nine awards on offer.
