While all the focus will be on the T’Gallant Mornington Cup and Tabcorp Hareeba Stakes at Mornington on Wednesday, connections of 11 two-year-old’s engaged at the meeting are also chasing a massive pay day. The Nepean Waste Inglis Handicap (1000m) is part of the lucrative Inglis Race Series and carries a bonus of $50,000 to the winner of Wednesday’s race.

This means if an Inglis qualified horse wins the race, the total amount won by connections will be $60,400!

Of the 13 final acceptors, 11 horses are eligible for the bonus.

They are Helpmann, Categorically, Mayweather, Mo’ Money, Morossa, Royal Society, Tale Of Love, Kenny’s World, Miss Twoicee, Remote Reading and first emergency Lonaro.

The most recent beneficiaries of the Inglis Race Series were connections of Sydney galloper Delago Bolt, which netted a whopping $100,000 bonus when he won the Golden Slipper Festival On Sale Handicap at Rosehill on 7 February.
