Inglis Platinum Club Attracts New Racehorse Owners

Inglis Managing Director Mark Webster has announced the launch of The Inglis Platinum Club, an exciting new initiative to assist potential and new racehorse owners.

The Inglis Platinum Club has been established to educate, entertain and empower new owners as they set out on what should be one of the most rewarding and enjoyable experiences of their lifetime, as a racehorse owner. Members of the Inglis Platinum Club will gain an inside advantage on what is involved in becoming a successful racehorse owner and will obtain access to a range of racing industry events and experiences, including travel planning assistance, VIP hospitality at Inglis yearling sales, new owners seminars, and access to unique "money can't buy" race day and on farm experiences.

As Australia's leading thoroughbred sales company since 1867, Inglis is well placed to provide independent advice and assistance. The Platinum Club is open to men and women who have a genuine interest in racehorse ownership, regardless of the member’s location or background. Anyone interested simply needs to visit www.inglis.com.au/platinum to register. Membership to the Inglis Platinum Club is free.

Inglis’ new initiative was launched in Kalgoorlie Western Australia, as part of the Kalgoorlie Cup festivities where Inglis was also a race day sponsor. Webster commented “we chose Kalgoorlie as the perfect place to launch The Inglis Platinum Club as there is a high level of interest in racehorse ownership amongst members of the resources sector. The people here typify the kind we would like to help with independent advice and education on how to have a positive experience as a racehorse owner.”

Webster added, “The Inglis Platinum Club is a great entrée for new people wanting to enter the horse racing industry, our goal is to educate and empower new owners so they have a long and fruitful experience within the racing industry. There are a lot of people interested in owning a horse but they simply don’t know how to go about it and this Club makes it easy for them."

“Our aim is to break down the traditional barriers for people wanting to enter the racing industry. To this end there is also a dedicated Club Manager to assist with members’ inquiries and requirements when attending an Inglis thoroughbred auction event” commented Webster. "Our goal is to provide each person joining the club with the information and experiences to meet their own needs; it is not one size fits all. We will also ensure members are well looked after when attending our events. If a club member wants to be empowered to buy yearlings on their own we will assist. If they would like us to assist with introductions to trainers, syndicators or agents we will be happy to oblige. We have been providing services and independent advice to the racing industry since 1867 and feel we are well placed to assist new owners achieve their racing goals and dreams. "
