Mrs Onassis winner of the Gr1 Oakleigh Plate last Saturday is from Miss Jakeo a daughter of the Gr1 Blue Diamond Stakes winner Lady Jakeo herself the dam of Blue Gum Farms freshman sire Red Arrow.

The Group winning son of Red Ransom sells his first crop of quality yearlings at the Inglis Melbourne Premier sale this coming week 3rd to 6th March under the Blue Gum banner.

Red Arrow’s dam Lady Jakeo is a multiple Gr1 winner descends from one of the finest families in the Australian Stud Book. There are a multiple of Gr1 winners and performers in the immediate pedigree the likes of his grandma Food For Love Gr winning 2yo- 2ND Golden Slipper, Bold Promise (Champion 2yo), Merlene (Champion 2yo- Golden Slipper) Miss Penny Money (Newmarket H), Regal Rhythm (George Main S x 2),directly descended from Regal Peace (1000 Guiness).

Red Arrow is bred on the same Red Ransom x Last Tycoon cross as Typhoon Tracy (Horse of the Year) and Onemorenomore. He boasts outstanding looks and a wonderful temperament represented by an impressive draft at Blue Gum.
