Nominations closing for $100k Inglis Bonus at Rosehill

Nominations for the next event in the $2.6Million Inglis Race Series, to be held at Rosehill on Saturday 19 June close at 11am next Tuesday 15 June.

If nominated to the Inglis Race Series a $100,000 bonus will be paid by Inglis to the winner of the Inglis 2YO Handicap over 1200m.

“The connections of Delago Bolt and Hus der Leiften were beneficiaries of $100,000 Inglis Bonuses at Rosehill last year, and we’re looking forward to offering two such bonuses at the home of the Golden Slipper in the next couple of months” said Inglis Commerical Development Manager Matt Rudolph.

The $100,000 Rosehill Bonus is one of five Inglis Race Series events in the next three months, and the first of six $100,000 metropolitan bonuses for 2009 Inglis Yearling Sale graduates. The bonuses are offered to horses paid up for the lucrative Inglis Race Series, in addition to race day prize money and any BOBS or Super VOBIS bonuses.

$50,000 BONUS– INGLIS 2YO PLATE, 1200M – GRAFTON NSW, 15 JULY 2010

$100,000 BONUS– INGLIS BONUS 1000, 1000M – CAULFIELD VIC, 17 JULY 2010

$100,000 BONUS – ROSEBUD 2YO QLTY HCP, 1200M – ROSEHILL NSW, 31 JULY 2010

$50,000 BONUS – 3YO (0-72) HCP, 1300M – SEYMOUR VIC, 29 AUGUST 2010

Trainers are reminded that a $50,000 bonus is up for grabs for the most wins in the Inglis Race Series.

Won by Robert Smerdon after two wins in the inaugural Inglis Race Series, Michael Tubman currently heads the table for 2009 yearling sale graduates thanks to the wins of his fairytale filly Chance Bye in the Inglis Nursery and Inglis Classic this season.
