Ole Kirk share features in strong October (Late) catalogue

The multiple Group placed colt Confederation – as well as a share in star young stallion Ole Kirk (pictured) and shares in a recent G1 placegetter and a recent Group placed 2YO – are among the highlights of a strong catalogue for the Inglis Digital October (Late) Online Sale, which is now open for bidding.

An appealing entry is a share in the 2024/25 Champion First Season Sire Ole Kirk, whose yearlings have sold up to $1m.

Already the sire of the likes of G1 winner Ole Dancer, G1 performers Legacy Bound and Regal Award and impressive recent G3 Gimcrack Stakes winner Shraddha, Ole Kirk is fully booked for the 2026 breeding season at a service fee of $110,000.

The Chris Waller-trained Confederation (Wootton Bassett) has raced just five times and is already twice G3 placed at both two and three.

He debuted with a 2nd in the Canonbury Stakes as a juvenile before training on at three to finish 3rd in the Vain Stakes.

A $650,000 yearling, Confederation has raced exclusively at Group level throughout his career to date and will appeal to buyers both domestically and internationally.

Queen Of Clubs has demonstrated high-class form on a number of occasions in Sydney, including when winning over 1400m as a 2YO at Rosehill and when running 3rd in the prestigious G2 Silver Shadow Stakes.

The daughter of Maurice is offered as a racing and breeding prospect.

In total the October (Late) catalogue consists of 266 lots – 139 racehorses (60 race fillies), 72 racehorse shares, 28 broodmares, 13 2YOs, seven yearlings, five unraced stock and two stallion shares.
