An outstanding array of supplementary entries have bolstered the quality catalogues of next week’s Sydney Classic Yearling Sale Winter Book and Australian Weanling and Bloodstock Sale.

“Yearlings have started arriving at Newmarket in the coming days and with the boost from supplementary entries we look forward to welcoming buyers here for three big days of selling from Sunday,” said Inglis Managing Director Mark Webster.

With over 90% of the catalogue BOBS eligible, the Winter Book is armed to enhance Classic’s super record as a value source of top gallopers, such as Fiveandahalfstar (pictured) and Howmuchdoyouloveme.

Yearlings by sires such as Denman, Magic Albert and Al Maher have boosted the Winter Book to 219 lots. The sale commences at 10:30am this Sunday 23 June.

“Pinhookers, trainers and leading owners have all had great success purchasing from the Inglis Australian Weanling Sale in the past and we are very pleased with the catalogue assembled again this year,” adds Webster.

Supplementary weanlings include progeny by Fastnet Rock, Wanted, Bel Esprit and Written Tycoon, plus a colt by Snitzel from Group winner and stakes producer Millrich.

Half-relations to Mummify, Marveen, Danerich and Chinchilla take the number of siblings to stakes winners catalogued for sale on Monday to 26.
