Patinack Farm Support Red Cross Victorian Bushfire Appeal

Patinack Farm - Press Release - Wednesday, 18 February 2009

Patinack Farm has joined the appeal to aid those affected by the devastating Victorian bushfires.

Patinack Farm is asking breeders to bid on nominations to one of their three foundation stallions with all proceeds directed to The Red Cross Victorian Bushfire Appeal.

One nomination for the 2009 breeding season is made available to: Group One winner Casino Prince (stands at $38,500), Unbeaten Champion Husson ($33,000), and Caulfield Guineas winner/Cox Plate runner-up Wonderful World ($22,000).

“Every Australian has been touched in some way by the fires which accounts for the huge show of support coming from around the nation,” Patinack Farm principal Nathan Tinkler said. “My thoughts are with the people who have lost family and friends and the countless numbers whose houses and livelihoods were taken from them.”

Bids will be accepted on each of the three stallions until 2nd March, 2009 and can be made by contacting Patinack Farm Nominations Manager Troy Jones on 0428 632 966.

Details of each day's highest bid can be viewed at the Patinack Farm website.
