The progeny of twelve stallions with first crop weanlings were paraded in-front of breeders, vendors, pin hookers, trainers and prospective owners under Inglis’ Moreton Bay Fig. Streamed live on TVN, representaives from the stud that stand each of the stallions were given the opportunity to discuss their stallions first crop alongside TVN’s Caroline Searcy and Inglis’ Jonathan D’Arcy.

Stallions to feature in the showcase were Any Given Saturday (USA) (Darley), Casino Prince (Patinack Farm), Court Command (Wattle Brae Stud), Dylan Thomas (Ire) (Coomore), Haradasun (Coolmore), Honor In War (USA) (Ilala Stud), Librettist (USA) (Darley), Purrealist (Makybe), Shaft (Darley), Trotamondo (Chi) (Yarraman) & Wonderful World (Patinack Farm).

“The First Season parade continues to grow in support and coverage each year” said Inglis Bloodstock Director Jonathan D’Arcy

“This concept was born to give studmasters the chance to highlight the progeny of their stallions prior to entering their third season at stud.

"It's also an opportunity to catch a glimpse of what to expect from these sires prior to next years yearling sales".

The weanling section of the Inglis Australian Weanling & Breeding Stock Sale begins at 10:30am tomorrow with Lots 174 to 383.
