Hall of Fame trainer John Hawkes confirmed exciting colt All Too Hard a definite starter at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday - but the race still hasn't been determined.
All Too Hard, the younger brother of the world's best sprinter Black Caviar, has been entered for the Group 3 $125,000 San Domenico Stakes and the Listed $100,000 Starlight Stakes, both over 1100m.
Hawkes said the promising three-year-old was primed for a new-season return on Saturday but he was still considering which would be the more suitable race.
"We will have a talk about it, look at the likely opposition, and work out the right race for the horse," Hawkes said.
"Maybe the San Domenico might be the race even though he does have 59kg - but he's good enough to carry that weight.
"What I can tell you definitely is that he is running at Rosehill, he's not going to Caulfield."
If All Too Hard does line up in the San Domenico Stakes, it will be a cracking race.
Golden Slipper runner-up Snitzerland is a confirmed starter as is Magic Millions winner Driefontein, along with emerging three-year-olds like Ninth Legion, Nediym's Quest and Mama's Choice.
All Too Hard has been allocated 54.5kg against older horses in the Starlight Stakes where the topweight is Group 1 winner Eagle Falls with 59kg ahead of seasoned sprinter Skytrain on 58kg.
