Waited with along the inner off the early speed, Sacred Kingdom rolled into the race once heads were turned for home and when Gerald Mosse guided Sacred Kingdom through a gap to make his challenge the race was over in a stride. Sacred Kingdom lengthened powerfully to go clear of Absolute Champion inside the final 200m and he was being eased at the line with Mosse patting his neck in appreciation of the effort.
