Share in Everest-bound Ninja feature of Oct (Early) Sale

The opportunity to have a runner in the $20m G1 The Everest presents itself in the Inglis Digital October (Early) Online Sale when a 1% share in Ninja (Farnan) will be offered.

The Michael Freedman-trained Ninja is one of the highest-rated 4YOs of his generation.

From just 10 career starts he is already a five-time winner, three of which have been at Group level in the G2 Missile Stakes, G2 Hobartville Stakes and G3 Vo Rogue Plate.

In winning the G2 Missile Stakes at WFA on his seasonal debut, Ninja recorded a WFA Performance Rating of 104, a rating that would have been good enough to see him figure in the top three of the past four editions of The Everest.

Ninja (pictured) is scheduled to race in the $1m G2 Premiere Stakes at Randwick tomorrow and is on the fourth line of betting at $21 for The Everest, for which he has been secured to represent the John Camilerri/Fairway Thoroughbreds slot.

The Everest will be run at Randwick on October 17.

The Ninja share is among a number of highlights in the October (Early) Sale.

The G3 winner Oh Diamond Lil (So You Think) is another standout entry.

The David Pfieffer-trained mare is a seven-time winner from 22 starts, including last year’s G3 Tibbie Stakes.

Already a winner of more than $660,000 in prizemoney, Oh Diamond Lil is being offered as a racing and breeding prospect.

A 5% share in Cherry Bomshell (Lucky Vega) is another entry sure to attract widespread bidding focus.

The 3YO filly, trained by Annabel and Rob Archibald, has won three of her seven starts including the $1m G2 Percy Sykes Stakes as a 2YO during The Championships earlier this year.

Cherry Bomshell has already earned more than $820,000 in prizemoney.

In total the October (Early) Online Sale has 263 lots – 134 racehorses (72 race fillies), 74 racehorse shares, 36 broodmares, 12 yearlings, 6 unraced stock and 1 stallion share.
