<p>The second session of Breeze ups for this Sunday’s <a href="http://www.inglis.com.au/auctions/sales.php?sale=08mrr">Inglis

Breeze Up and Racehorse Sale were completed at Oaklands today, with a number of slick times recorded.

<p>Eight horses slipped under the 11second mark today, headed

by Daisy Grace (Lot 128), a filly by Dangerous, who clocked 10.69seconds.

<p>Inglis Director Peter Heagney said there were a number of

impressive breezers today, which augurs well for Sunday’s sale.

<p>“A lot of horses trialled very nicely indeed and I’m sure

buyers will be impressed by not only what they see on the videos, but also by what they will see when they inspect the horses in the flesh on Sunday,” he said.

<p>“There were some lovely moving horses in both breeze up

sessions and I would expect quite a number of them to make into very good racehorses.”

<p>Of particular note today was the draft of Rosemont Stud, who

had three fillies among the seven quickest times recorded.

<p>The fillies are by Hussonet (<a href="http://www.inglis.com.au/auctions/oc.php?sale=08mrr&lot=141">Lot 141</a> in a time of 10.73),

Strategic (Lot 115 in 10.8) and Dangerous (Lot 116 in 10.87).

<p>“The trio were aimed at last year's sale but EI shelved those plans,”

said Rosemont Principal Anthony Mithen.

<p>“We turned them out to get them ready for this year, so it's satisfying to

see that patience rewarded.”

<p>“I’m a great believer in the ready to run concept, the results of

graduates speak for themselves and I think it’s only a matter of time before it really takes off in this part of the World.”

<p><a href="http://www.inglis.com.au/auctions/oc.php?sale=08mrr&lot=30">Lot 30</a>, an Oamaru Force colt, and Fasliyev gelding Elite

Partners (Lot 123) also broke 11 seconds today, clocking 10.79 and 10.87 respectively, as did Lot 113, a beautifully bred bay filly by Zabeel that stopped the clock in 10.99.

<p>“She’s a well-bred Zabeel filly and she has the looks and

seemingly the ability to back it up, as she trialled particularly well,” Heagney said.

<p>The filly is a half-sister to G1 Hong Kong Mile winner The

Duke.

<p><a href="http://www.inglis.com.au/auctions/oc.php?sale=08mrr&lot=25">Lot

25, the Canny Lad colt from the winning Success Express mare Rebaceda, remained the quickest breezer of the sale after recording 10.45seconds on Tuesday.
