Terms Of Reference Announced For AJC-STC Merger

Racing NSW yesterday announced the terms of reference under which the Australian Jockey Club (Royal Randwick & Warwick Farm) & Sydney Turf Club (Rosehill Gardens & Canterbury Park) will "investigate the establishment of a new entity to take control of the administration & operations of both race clubs".

Once they have "examined options for the administrative structure of racing in the Sydney metropolitan area", they will then "identify & detail the recommended steps towards an efficient & effective transition from the existing 2 club structure, including an indicative timing of various stages". Their report "needs to be completed within 3 months of being commissioned".
