Made her debut as a 2YO down the 1000m straight at Flemington on New Years Day behind a pair of black-type fillies before finishing ahead of subsequent G2-winning, G1-performed sprinter Zoutori when behind subsequent SW 2YO Vassilator, again at Flemington.
Beaten just over 2 lengths in the G1 Thousand Guineas over 1600m at Caulfield, she beat 17 rivals to win the G3 Auraria Stakes, before a fast-finishing second in the G1 Australasian Oaks over 2000m.
Her yearling half brother was bought by Busuttin/Young at the Inglis Premier Sale in 2020, while her dam has a Choisir weanling colt and was covered by Deep Field in 2019.
Her broodmare sire Zabeel is the broodmare sire of 166 SWs and 46 G1 winners to date.
“She got beaten by a good filly in the G1 Australasian Oaks in Princess Jenni, but I still can’t help but think she was unlucky not to win. I know that was in an Oaks, but she was tremendously versatile and has plenty of speed. In many respects she is a wonderful combination of her fast paternal influences and the stamina/quality of Zabeel. If talent, quality and constitution are important features of a good broodmare, I think she will do very well.” - Archie Alexander, Trainer
