Decorah’s Extreme Choice yearling filly realised $310,000 to the bid of Ciaron Maher Racing in 2020.

A versatile mare, Decorah won from 1200m up to 2400m, with wins including her second start as a 2YO when she defeated group horses Dorian Grey and Silverdale over 1200m.

Recent top-class horses produced from Pins mares include Probabeel, Adelaide Ace and Prague, while he also features in the pedigree of multiple G1-winning filly Avantage.

New Zealand-bred mares have in recent years produced top-class Australian-bred horses like Winx, Lankan Rupee, Capitalist, Mystic Journey, Tivaci, Hellbent, Loving Gaby etc.
