A two-time winner of the G3 Matron Stakes at Flemington over 1600m defeating G1 winners Shillelagh, Sopressa, Montoya’s Secret and I Am A Star as well as Stakes winners Naantali, Think Bleue, Bring Me Roses etc.
G1 placed in the Empire Rose Stakes over 1600m at Flemington behind Melody Belle and Aristia in a field comprising of the winners of 47 Stakes races, with G1 winners Invincibella, Princess Jenni, Amphitrite and subsequent G1 Doncaster Mile winner Nettoyer all behind.
Winner of the G2 Sunline Stakes at Moonee Valley by 2.75 lengths, defeating Stakes winners Flying Jess, Samovare, Tiamo Grace etc. Beaten 0.2 lengths the following year when 2nd to G1 winner Consensus with Kenedna and I Am A Star in arrears.
Tough and consistent, she recorded all seven wins at City level and performed at Stakes level on 25 occasions, winning or finishing top four 12 times.
From a Danehill-free family, her Grandsire Shamardal is the broodmare sire of 40 Stakes winners, whilst daughters of her broodmare sire, Lemon Drop Kid, have produced 63 SWs worldwide, including 11 G1 winners.
