The Australian national anthem was played across Sha Tin this afternoon following the stunning last to first victory of Chautauqua in the Group 1 HKJC Chairman’s Sprint Prize (1200m) ahead of fellow Inglis graduates Lucky Bubbles and Strathmore.

Inglis Easter graduate Chautauqua confirmed his position as the best sprinter in the world today, completing back-to-back wins of the Group 1 ATC TJ Smith Stakes over 1200m at Royal Randwick.

The lightning bolt colours of prominent owner and great industry supporter Rupert Legh were first past the post in the VRC Black Caviar Lightning Stakes at Flemington today, carried to victory by Dwayne Dunn aboard Inglis graduate Chautauqua (Encosta de Lago x Lovely Jubly) in a thrilling finish to Australia's fastest Group 1 race.

Inglis Easter graduate Chautauqua cemented his place in history overnight delivering an absolutely phenomenal victory in the $1 million Group 1 MVRC Manikato Stakes over at Moonee Valley over1200m ahead of Srikandi and Rebel Dane.
