Interstate Traveller & Returning Resident	Requirements
NSW	All arrivals must complete a Traveller Self-Declaration
Queensland	Anyone who has been in any part of Victoria within 14 days prior to arrival must complete a Queensland Border Declaration Pass
South Australia	All interstate travellers must complete Cross Border Travel Registration
Western Australia	All arrivals must complete a G2G PASS declaration
Tasmania	All arrivals must complete a G2G PASS declaration
NT	Please complete an NT Border Entry Application Form
ACT	Please complete the Self Declaration Form
