Melbourne Select Racehorse Sale This Friday

10 supplementary entries have been added to the catalogue for this Friday’s Inglis Melbourne Select Racehorse Sale which features a superb unreserved reduction from Lloyd and Nick Williams.

The complete updated catalogue is available online at www.inglis.com.au and on the Inglis Sales iPad App.

The one day auction will begin at the later time of 1:00pm this Friday 23 May 2014.

Recent Flemington winner Henwood, Group 3 MRC Victoria Handicap placegetter London Stripe and Listed ATC Lord Major’s Cup runner-up I’m Imposing are great examples of the racehorses with upside sold by Lloyd and Nick Williams. The trio was purchased by their respective connections from Williams’ draft at the 2012 Inglis Melbourne Select Racehorse Sale.

Savvy Henry, Elms, Lander Dollar, Kershaw, Topiary and Revitalise have all been led back to the winners enclosure in the last six weeks. All were purchased from various vendors at the 2012 Inglis Melbourne Select Racehorse Sale.

Racehorses to be offered at this week’s sale include Group winners Tanby and Hartani, plus stakes placegetters Marksmanship, Ranked, Snitzem, Above, American Dream and Excluded. There are also multiple city winners and many young lightly raced prospects.

The Team Williams reduction sale draft of 27 entries at Friday’s auction will be sold without reserve.

“We took the same course at our previous reduction sale and had extremely positive feedback from buyers. Everyone bidding on our horses knows they will be sold, and none will be passed in,” said Nick Williams.

Inglis’ Online Bidding, Make-An-Offer and Sale Day Live services will be available on Friday.

To ensure applications to bid online can be processed it is advisable to request bidding approval by 5.00pm Thursday 22nd May.

Online bidders are encouraged to physically inspect horses before bidding online, however the Inglis Bloodstock Team are available to conduct inspections and can also arrange vet checks at your request.
