Over 100 Sires Represented In The Southern Hemisphere’s Largest Weanling Sale In 2016

Over 100 stallions are represented by the largest weanling catalogue in the Southern Hemisphere in 2016, the Inglis Great Southern Sale.

Over 400 weanlings by 109 sires present a selection of unmatched depth and breadth, affording buyers a wealth of opportunities ahead of the 2017 yearling sales.

Progeny by 23 of Australia’s top 50 leading sires will be offered, including Written Tycoon, Snitzel, High Chaparral, Medaglia d’Oro, Bel Esprit, Not A Single Doubt, More Than Ready, Choisir, Street Boss, Tavistock, Hinchinbrook, Magnus, Artie Schiller and Reset. These are joined by a multitude of well-credentialed stallions, 34 of which are Group 1 producers.

93 weanlings by 18 individual first season sires allow buyers to secure some of the first progeny of Australia’s newest stallions, which naturally generate significant interest as yearlings. These sires, ten of which are Group 1 winners, include Declaration Of War, Shamus Award, Zoustar, The Factor, Sizzling, Epaulette, Dundeel and Unencumbered.
