The 67 lot online catalogue for the 2015 Inglis Spring Thoroughbred Sale that will be held in Sydney this Friday 14 August is now available HERE
Broodmares, Yearlings, Stallions, Unbroken and Racing Stock are all set for auction including many part or fully owned by the late Oliver Wong, a great supporter of Australian breeding and racing.
“Mr Oliver Wong is a big loss to thoroughbred breeding. Oliver loved his racing in Hong Kong and that passion flowed through to an extensive racing and breeding operation encompassing over 50 thoroughbreds in Australia and New Zealand,” said Apollo Ng, nephew and representative of Mr Wong.
Inglis’ Managing Director Mark Webster echoed Apollo’s sentiments and wished bidders the best of luck saying “Mr Wong was a good client of Inglis’ for many years and I thank his family for entrusting Inglis to sell part of his much prized bloodstock portfolio, which should be highly sought after by astute investors.”
Newhaven Park, Widden Stud, Coolmore Stud, Arrowfield Stud, John Sargent Racing, Lindsay Park Racing and Gai Waterhouse Racing will all offer horses on behalf of the Estate of the late Mr Oliver Wong at the Inglis Spring Thoroughbred Sale.
Other vendors to sell on Friday include Attunga Stud, Kitchwin Hills, Letmar Investments, Strawberry Hill Stud and Turangga Farm.
Turangga will offer stakes-placed stallion prospect Strive To Excel, a Redoute’s Choice half-brother to five stakes winners including Group 1 winner Sky Cuddle.
