A Blue Point colt from Supreme Thoroughbreds became the equal second-highest priced horse ever sold at an Inglis Gold Sale, topping today’s action at Oaklands.
Cox Plate Day at Moonee Valley this Saturday will kick off with the fourth running of the $250,000 Microflite Helicopters Inglis Banner (1000m), which has drawn an excellent field of 14 runners.
The opening session tally was heading towards the $9million mark tonight as the 2011 Inglis Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale began in comparable fashion to 12 months ago.
