The 2005 Australian Easter Yearling Sale concluded today when a further 174 yearlings were sold at Newmarket, bringing the overall gross for the three day sale to $90,528,000, up by some 20 % on last year’s record figure of $75,477,500.
The Australian Easter Yearling Sale kicked off in spectacular fashion today with 173 yearlings generating gross turnover of $36,448,000 at an average price of $210,682.
At every major yearling sale there is always a horse that has everyone talking, one particular youngster whose reputation precedes him…or on occasion even her.
